So as the title suggests I'm trying to incorporate a salicylic acid cleanser in the normal acne.org regimen. I'm just asking for advice whether this is safe or not. Basically, I'll be swapping the acne.org cleanser for maybe the Neutrogena oil free acne wash since it has salicylic acid then continue with the normal routine of using the Benzoyl peroxide treatment and finally moisturize. Is this safe?

I always tell people to wait until they are completely clear using the regimen as outlined. Then, once you're clear, you can add in 1 variable at a time, like swapping out cleansers.
From my research, yes, adding sal acid should be ok once your skin has become accustomed to benzoyl peroxide.
