I woke up with a small lump like a spot on my chin. I™ve had them before and they just had oil in it I™d pop them get it out and they would go. This one I didn™t mess with it until this evening and it™s just swelling so much now and I don™t know how to get rid of it or reduce the swelling.

Put either ice on the spot if you want to reduce swelling. Or hold a hot face cloth against the area for about 5 minutes.

Hot compress. Try Dead Sea salts in the hot water for your compress. I use the ones in the bucket they sell at Whole Foods.It really helps me with my cysts usually. You might need antibiotics cause the area is so redso I would definitely go see your Derm.
