I've had this condition for years and on early days visited several dermatologists who said it is   and gave me medication and special shampoo but nothing ever worked.

I am in my 30's now and still has this issue. These are pictures from my scalp, at the moment my scalp is very itchy. I also have a similar condition with beards, shaving them is a terrifying experience as painful pimples appear immediately, but keeping them long also is difficult to maintain and not pain free.

i am frustrated at the moment.

I pay alot of attention to the ingredients in shampoos so I uses SLS, silicone, Praben free shampoos, but the result is still far from ideal. Any recommendations?
