Just wondering if anyone on here has had to stop using BP for around 48 hours and what the result of that was (I have a burn so my skin needs to heal a couple days).

Also wondering if anyone knows if its okay to jump right back into using the full dose after taking this time off.

Hi.

If your acne has cleared, it will be okay to skip 48 hours worth of Benzoyl Peroxide if youre only doing it the once.

They say when acne has cleared that a low strength of 2.5% every other day is significant enough to keep acne at bay.
