Gluten causes acne!

I™m posting on this message board because gluten causes acne, and in case you hadn™t heard that before, so that you now know.

It had caused my cystic acne for 5+ years before I realised.

I had not heard mention of this online, and my doctor and dermatologist had not mentioned that gluten causes it.

I did a quick search online just now and saw an article which states that gluten does not cause acne, but I know from experience that it can.

I hope this knowledge may help you or someone!

Same thing for me, but it was also vegetable oil, dairy, and sugar for me.

I also became Celiac later on

It will be rather difficult for me to get rid of gluten food

Everyone has their certain "trigger" foods; gluten is not one for me fortunately. Neither is dairy.

For me, it's mainly the sugary/processed foods that break me out.
