Did you have a burn or possible infection. Regardless you need steriod injections or drip with co2 done several times here. They may need to use the ultra pulse laser(Search for this) if it's very thick - scar tissue. You may need something to resurface the scar(always do this last like erbium laser).

You will put silicon scar patches on nightly after you heal a bit from the procedure. You can start now in fact.

Pulse dye laser for the redness.

Lastly for your cheeks you can do 3-8 sessions of subcision, some tca cross for the icpicks, and some laser work. If you so desire. Personal preference.

Yes this will be expensive, pick what you wish to do, spread it out over years. Stop when you wish.
