If I workout in the middle of the day, what should I do to rinse off the sweat afterwards? Should I redo the regiment to make it 3x a day? Should I just use the cleanser after the workout? Or maybe just rinse off the sweat with water?
You should always always always have a bath after a workout, and yes, a cleanser on your face. Bacteria accumulates in sweat, and you don't want that. It's scientific, and also from personal experience.
