What to do after workout

If I workout in the middle of the day, what should I do to rinse off the sweat afterwards? Should I redo the regiment to make it 3x a day? Should I just use the cleanser after the workout? Or maybe just rinse off the sweat with water?

You should always always always have a bath after a workout, and yes, a cleanser on your face. Bacteria accumulates in sweat, and you don't want that. It's scientific, and also from personal experience.

I'd just splash water.

Or if you wanted change the timing of your routine slightly. Do your first routine after your work out and do your night time routine much later.

Although I much prefer cleansing my face once a day at night.
