Firstly I see active acne. It's best if you deal with this or your will be making new scars and spreading bacteria. I also see fresh wounding from acne called PIE or redness. This can take up to a year to heal in ethnic patients.

you have lots of box cars and icepicks, ... the biggest thing I see is again the PIE. You can try things for PIE like Niacinamide, Vitamin C Serum, a retinoid, and acid peel mixes that specifically say they are for hyperpigmentation.

Ask how many subcisions they do a month and if they treat your skin type. If they just do laser run they will just blast you and not solve your issue.
