Hi, my skin scars really easily. And unfortunately after a lot of acne, I™m left with large and very visible ice pick scars. My dermatologist suggested I use laser and go for the fraxel treatment.... but it costs $1000 for three tries!!!
Is they anything I can do to even out my skin without causing more damage to the bank?? Thanks!
(btw my skin type is oily but also gets sensitive and irritated easily)

You have Icepicks, box cars, and some hyperpigmentation.
Note your can skip the laser stuff below if you wish, tca cross would be helpful for your icepicks. you can at home dermastamp them and do monthly glycolic peels, alternate, ... do Dr's treatments every 3 months or more and at home things monthly between.
