hello there, i can see that how tough is you are going with acne when i got same acne like you i was shocked and i hadn't have any option that what to do and what not to do in the end what i did you should try same as me make a face mask for acne and clear skin. i will tell you how can you make at home make paste of sandalwood powder, 1tbsp coconut oil and some lemon drop. and apply it on your face where you have acne or dark spot and also you can apply on whole face and keep it for 20-30 minutes until it dry. then wash with cold water and use soft cotton cloth. after this for night you can use essential oil i would like to suggest you Japanese peppermint essential oil.this really helps for irritating skin and for dry skin and also refresh the skin. this is pure organic and natural. and you can every solution you just need to look deep into nature. take care
Sometimes these red marks fade over time and sometimes they don't. Have you seen a dermatologist? That may help you. Just keep in mind that not everything works for everyone, so you'll have to continue trying new things until you find the winner.
Sorry, it really is trial and error.

Im going soon but they probably wont give me something that works
Retin A would be good! It speeds up the skin's renewal process (IE: your skin turns over faster; so the marks should heal faster). Give it a try for a few months, and make sure to take progress pics. It's hard to notice a difference when you see yourself every day, but if you take pictures to compare, that's where you'll see the difference.
Good luck! <3
