I was just wondering if anybody could help shed some light here.
- Would this procedure generally be effective at treating shallow rolling/boxcar acne scars?
- I have heard of Infini and Vivace as being forms of this treatment; would either of these be better than the other?
- If being performed on a darker skin tone, should I take steps in counteracting hyperpigmentation?
- Lastly, does anybody have a recommendation of a reputable MD/plastic surgeon who practices this procedure in Los Angeles?

@ki1617No alone no one treatment will "treat" scarring, used with other treatments yes it can be helpful.
Infini and vivance are fine, ... vivance may take one more treatment than Infini, but both are good in experienced hands. With dark skin tone you should be using differin (OTC)/retin-a/tretinorin nightly and a konjac albutin cream, stop one week before procedures. Many do Picosure or vascular laser for discoloration from treatments. Goto a Dr who specializes or is at least to treating your skin type. To do RF needling in LA there are many people all over LA, even some nurses. Dr Rullan is experienced with ethnic skin types for all other treatments like subcision and peels.
