Tiny bumps all over forehead??

I™ve always had clear skin, until I was 12 when I got hundreds of tiny flesh coloured spots all over my forehead and only on my forehead. I was told this was just teenage acne caused by hormones so I left it. I™m now 18 and I™m really tired of it. I was put on zineryt which helped a little for about a week and then became useless. I tried salicylic acid which didn™t help at all (I have combination/dry skin) so I tried moisturising all the time with a moisturiser by The Ordinary and using a lactic acid by the same company because I read that I have to exfoliate but I haven™t noticed any difference. I tried charcoal and some cleansers that claim to help remove acne. I™ve spent so much money on things that just won™t budge it. It doesn™t even get worse, it just stays the same. I don™t have a fringe or bangs that could aggravate it, I don™t eat too much sugar or dairy, in fact I eat very healthily, I always have. I honestly don™t have a clue what it could be or how to cure it and it™s really bothering me now. When I put on makeup it™s really noticeable that my skin is bumpy. I live far away from any dermatologists and online doctors haven™t been much help. If you™ve read all the way down this then thank you for your patience and PLEASE help me! X

Hey, good you are reaching out, this can be a hard time for you I think. But stay in there :)
So I would suggest to go caveman on this one, healthy diet (message me for tips) and a healthy lifestyle. And cut out all serums except for moisturizer for hydrating the skin.
I know this can be fixed, and you will get better!
Take care

I™ve always eaten healthily though, I™m more likely to go for fruits and veg than sugar any day. And I drink detox juices. I™m always very active, I really don™t know what else I can do. Thank you for the advice on serum though, that™s helpful. I was using a serum by Vichy but I™ll cut that out and just moisturise :)
