If you can read the whole thing, that'll be great! Whenever I look at myself in the mirror, I see big patches of red marks.. I don't know if this is acne or hyper pigmentation.. Whenever I wash my face, my left side is usually smooth and has the occasional bumps.. but there is dark red marks.. On my right side, there are red marks but I can feel some large bumps that are under the skin.... I'm 14 right now and I just find it weird for me to have hyperpigmnetation at this age.. I did have acne before.. in 2016, I had moderate acne and in mid august-october I had pretty bad cystic acne.. I was planning on going on accutane but I've noticed my that my face has lots of dark red patches now.. I don't know if this is hyper pigmentation or my acne getting worse.. My face is always itchy at school and I can feel some occasionally pressure points on my face. The picture with me wearing the black shirt was a around 5 weeks ago(early Octoberer) and the picture of me wearing a nike hoodie is the present.

I would say that is cystic acne. Not SEVERE. but borderline, I guess. This can respond to the OTC treatments ( Benzoyl peroxide ) and a good skin care regime. Benzoyl peroxide is a treatment available to people with acne of any severity. It is available directly from pharmacies over the counter in a number of formulations that may be applied to the skin. Benzoyl peroxide products, which include cleansing liquids and bars, lotions, creams, and gels, are used once or twice a day. If it doesn't respond to that I'd suggest seeing a dermatologist to get some antibiotics or other specific treatments for the acne.
