What do you think to be better and why?

On me, I know that popping some spots on my face leads to spreading, whereas other times the spot has gone and not returned.

I know it’s not just me who wants to weigh out the pros and cons.

It usually spreads because one negligently forgets to disinfect the popped zit afterwards. You'll want to clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and apply antibiotic cream. Aftercare is critical, especially for cystic acne, if you want to prevent scarring.
