Hello,

My wife has been plagued with these stubborn white bumps that appear on her chin in great numbers. They do not develop heads, and we can never seem to remove them fully.

Would anyone have any insight on how to address this issue?

I think those bumps are just a bunch of comedones/ clogged pores. I would recommend chemical exfoliation. My favorite exfoliant to use is Mandelic Acid. Believe it or not, it's the only thing I use in my regimen to keep me zit-free and my acne is classified as moderate. Best of luck!

I have the exact same acne. I'm almost finished with my accutane course and I still have the little bumps. I'm going to give mandelic acid a try.

Are there any tips for the physical removal of them? We have an assortment of dermatological tools, and I'd like to use them if possible.
