Hi. I need help on what causes or treatment for my problem. After a long day, I remove my makeup using micellar water and then wash my face with cetaphil gentle wash then apply a water-based hydrating moisturizer from celeteque. After that I feel that my face gets irritated or gets really itchy on some parts of my face and neck that leaves some hives or red marks or small bumps. I need help because it's damaging my face and the itchiness is not really tolerable.
