I'm a 20 year old male in college. Currently, I have a REALLY REALLY bad sleeping schedule. Whenever I study for tests (like now), I study & stay up until 4-5 am, then sleep for a crap-ton, and wake up at 3-4 then continuously have this cycle. Could this be a cause of my acne?
What is your acne like? College stress and prolonged, weird sleeping habits can definitely contribute to skin issues overall & certainly won't help any existing issues. But that on it's own would only really cause a few more breakouts than normal. If you are experiencing more severe acne or a lot of deep, cystic breakouts, then I would say there are other factors contributing to that.
