Hi,
I'm eating no dairy at all because it breaks my out. But do I get enough calcium now or do I have to take supplements?

Yes take supplements
calcium should be take separate from any other vitamins
its the best of you go to doctors office and do blood test to see if you are low at any of the minerals or vitamins
yes dairy will make you break out if it's not organic

People who do consume dairy doesn't exactly mean they all meet todays calcium RDA's. Eating a varied diet of vegetables, nuts, canned fish can easily meet requirements without dairy.

Dairyis the best source of calcium, you may eat eggs, vegetables and beans to obtain calcium, that may not be enough if you don't eat that much amount, so take supplements.

if you want calcium, get milk, then kale or other greens, cooked or lightly cooked at least. Then you have sardines, super tasty, super high in calcium. Cheese is good as well. If you have a disease or risk of brittle bones, are an aging lady in particular, speak to your health food shop or doctor.
