I have this problem with these red spots on both sides of my nose. I'm not sure how long I've had them, but I estimate for about 3 or 2 and a half years. I don't know what this condition is called and I don't think I've ever found anyone online with this same problem. Often those spots turn really red and I get a lot of zits popping up there.
Sometimes I get small tears on my nose's alar-sidewalls which really sting when I expand my nose airways. Sometimes the spots lose color and are almost unnoticeable, but they just won't fucking dissappear permamentally and it really is frustrating. I have no idea what triggers these outbreaks and what makes them so red.
I've tried treating the spots with benzoyl peroxide cream but it didn't work. I've tried using oils and different types of moisturizers on my face because I thought my skin's dryness was causing it, but it didn't work either.

Here are pictures of both sides of my nose. I really need help diagnosing this problem and eliminate it. I would be eternally grateful. Thank you very much.
