I use epiduo to clear my acne and usually it doesn't dry out my skin but this time it really seems to have dried it out and it was all flaky. Me, being the stupid person I am, started to pick at the flakes without even noticing and then I had three red blotches on my face. I put some Vaseline to help soothe it and the redness went down and now it's a light brown? How long until this goes away?
