i had a tiny birthmark removed from my right cheek. i didnt use mederma spf 30 scar cream because here in el salvador its not available for some reason! i went out into the sun being naive enough to think it wouldnt do me much damage. now i have a tiny sunburn spot which is all red and wont go away! i was told by someone that maybe only the fraxel laser could make the tiny sunburn spot go away, would this be true or not? will it make the tiny sunburn spot disappear completely or only for the most part? what type of laser/non laser treatment regardless of downtime would make my tiny sunburn spot go away/disappear 100%?????????????? its an eyesore to look at!!!!!!!!!! what treatment by a professional dermatologist would make that tiny sunburn spot go away/disappear 100%???????????? im all ears. rsvp. thank you.

V-beam vascular laser for reds. Do not get sun on these areas, wear sunscreen. Also we have many other treatments here. If you push on it and it goes away PIE, if it stays pigmentation is PIH. We have many treatments here.
