Please goto your derm and discuss PIE and PIH. All of the treatments for "ongoing" hyperpigmentation are listed in the faq below in my signature under skin section and PIE and PIH. If they come and go and you can press on them and they go away they are more than likely pie and inflammation possibly hormonal (pregnancy).

Cysteamine has not been subject to clinical trials on pregnant women so please consult with your doctor before using this product.
