Hi! I cut dairy about 4 months ago and my acne has improved dramticially. But theres times where im offered some food like a slice of pizza, or chicken strips (with milk in the batter), or some other food with dairy and I decline which is kind of akward. I was wondering how much of an impact there would be if I accepted things like that every so often, im talking like once a week or a month even. Any thoughts on that? Thanks!
