Hello 

I've not had acne for over 10 years, barely even a hormonal spot and now after coming off the pill in April I've broke out badly. Lots and lots of little skin coloured bumps on my cheeks and pimples! I've tried numerous creams/washes and very reluctant to go back on the pill again. Not been to see a doctor yet however it's starting to really get me down. When I got spots in my teens they never looked like this so really unsure what to do. Any advice? xx
