Posting for the first time here!
I was diagnosed with mild acne and seb derm an year ago
I had a course of 10mg accutane and itraconazole 100mg for 5 weeks and the acne was taken care of
But what bothers me is that ive had these bumps on my cheeks(especially the right one) for a while now and it really bothers me
These bumps dont really seem like cysts to me
They dont itch, you cant pop them. They just stay there!
Went to another dermatologist recently and ive been on 10mg accutane again along with aczone 5 percent ( applied occasionally at night )
I only use water to wash my face currently. The bumps have been there for over 6 months now
This is not hyper pigmentation it's dermatitus related to your seb derm. I can say try aloe and honey. But you have a foliculitus or fungal type reaction. The derm uses steroids for this. Try soothing home rememdies for the redness, the bumps are due to bacteria. Try rosacea treatments on google.
