I also think you should go see Dr. Davin Lim in Australia. From what I've heard, read and seen he is one of the best (if not the best) doctors for treating acne scars.

The only thing that bothers me: He, Dr. Lim, works alot with dermal fillers. But maybe that's the only way to go in treating rolling/boxcar scarring that comes along with tissue loss..and subcision is more limited than I want to believe..

Wherever you decide to go, it looks like your main issues are ice pick scars so usually TCA Cross is recommended. You have an epic head of hair btw lol.
