Hello Guys,
long story short
I had really bad acne when I was a teen and now I'm 21 and left with very unsightly acne scars.
Im currently stuck in a place where I'm debating whether I should just love myself and accept this as a part of who I am or seek out treatment for it.
Sigh it just makes me so sad because I feel so ugly at times because of it.
do you guys mind taking a look at my skin and giving me tips/things to try

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that you are beautiful. You have really nice eyes and bone structure. Where are you located? Dr. Chu is a good and might be able to help you out, you would do one treatment every three months (Includes dermapen, TCA cross, subcision etc for 300). You can travel afterwards so you could technically fly in in the morning and then out at night when you are finished. Let me know if you want contact info.
I must let you know though it is a painful journey. I have myself contemplated if it would just be easier to accept the scars and just move on. Nevertheless, I'm gonna continue for a couple of more times since my parents are paying it.

Sounds like you have a great mindset! Improvement is always possible. If you can accept your skin without pursuing treatments any improvements you achieve will exceed all of your expectations but it can be a very long process. Here are some docs I find really helpful to follow on RealSelf. They give great advice. Maybe one is in your area? You can look up their past answers to acne scars questions in the Q&A section.
