Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum. My current situation is pretty frustrating. What's going on is I have a few fairly large "pimples" in my pubic area that won't go away. They started out as what seemed like ingrown hairs, but eventually got so big that they just popped on their own. That was about a month ago.. Up until yesterday, they were all starting to heal and the swelling had almost completely diminished. When I woke up today, the three bumps were inflamed and pus was leaking out. I honestly don't know what to do. I shower every day in the morning, and I take an additional shower every time I come home from work which is four to five times a week. Does anybody have any tips on how to get these to start healing?
