If they are dry and red, then it may be eczema which can just pop up at any given time. If it is just general redness then look into Rosacea.

Eczema wouldn't go when using nizoral tho would they? They go if I use it and come back if I stop it but this time accutane held it at bad for 2 weeks rather than 3 days

Sometimes conditions can co exist. You could have a few things going on. Your best bet is to follow up with a derm.

Are you using the acne.org benzoyl peroxide? And do the patches itch slightly?
