My face is very dry and I need a good moisturizer that will help with the dryness but won't break me out. The last moisturizer I used broke me out and I don't want that to happen again. So what are some recommendations? I also would like to not spend a ton of money if that is at all possible.

I'm currently using Ole Hendricksen's Empower moisturizer (the one in the pink container). It doesn't break me out and keeps me moisturized. However, my favorite moisturizer is Image Consmetics' Ormerdics moisturizer; sadly, they changed the formula and my skin didn't like that.
http://www.basiderm.se/sv/basiderm/oil-control-daily-moisturizer it is a very light moisturizer with sunscreen in it made for acne skin. Absolutely one of the best I have ever had, does not clog pores. The only problem is that I amunsure if you can find it in the US.
I use this one if it is sunny outside.

If it is not sunny, I use this one. I find it a bit better the only downside is that it does not contain sunscreen.
