I use Palladio primer, Then Revlon Colorstay for a Matte look or Maybelline Fit Me which says its matte but I think it gives a more dewy finish. I also like MAC studio fix, it covers so well but it tends to break me out so I use the studio fix powder to set my makeup with instead and Urban Decay Setting Spray. I know it's kind of a lot but it works for me. I use a beauty blender and a angled foundation brush to apply.
