I'm on my 12th day of accutane and I'm on 20mg twice a day (40mg) around 3 days ago I started with two cystic pimples on the right side of my chin, both have begun to go down but now there's about 13 total pimples in that one area of my face. Could this be the initial breakout? And is it normal to only have the initial breakout in one localized spot? Anyone with a similar experience please comment!
