Hello can anyone explain me if this is a purging process i have a very little hard white heads appearing on cheeks and forehead like i can pick it and remove it if i want to because it was on surface already should i leave it alone? it happens since i started regimen im on 1st week of regimen its like a whitehead that was usually on nose they are very little but they are on my cheeks and forehead. heres the picture
There is a big chance that it could be part of the purging process. With The Regimen your skin will go through good days and bad days so often times your bad days will have numerous spots pop out, redness, itching and flaking. So whiteheads could possibly be apart of that. Just be observant of your skin as you slowly get clear...if those things are still around then maybe it could be moisturizer related.
