i finally found something that works. i started taking vitex to help get pregnant but the best side effect is my acne is gone. i have been on acne.org for 10 years hoping to find something to help. after 3 rounds of accutane, i knew my acne had to be horomone related and figured nothing could help. i just wanted to give a little hope out there to anyone that is like me. i've been taking 1200mg per day of vitex (chaste berry tree) (sprouts brand) since may 31 (3 months). june was no change in acne, july was a slight reduction (only had breakouts around my period, but usually have it constantly through the month, with only 1 good week, when all my actives were healing), and this month, NOTHING, no acne. I have done nothing different with diet or anything, this is crazy. Good luck to all of you, hope you find something that works for you, even if it's by accident.
