Research with Rambazole, a singular retinoic acidity metabolic process-obstructing agent (RAMBA), determined that 94 percent of subjects -with moderate-to-very severe acne given 1 mg of dental Rambazole once daily for 12 consecutive days- experienced decrease in total acne lesion count in excess of 50 percent and 35 percent were considered removed or almost removed.

This research suggests producing medicines on future, since Barrier Therapeutics, Corporation. reported positive Phase 2a data because of its dental formulation of Rambazole in treating moderate to very severe acne and positive biological activity data because of its topical formulation of the product.

Experts explain that the subject should have had greater than 90 percent decrease in total lesion count that need considering removed or almost removed. Based on their report, inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions responded as well to treatment. There have been no serious effects associated with the therapy with this particular new component. Only a few patients from the group in study experienced dryness of skin and lips as non-serious unwanted effects.

Geert Cauwenbergh, Ph.D., Chairman and Ceo of Barrier Therapeutics, Corporation. described these positive Phase 2a results indicate that dental Rambazole is active in moderate to severe inflammatory acne, which with respect to the results of future, full scale clinical tests, this drug may eventually fill the requirement for effective and safe dental remedies for more persistant acne. These results further develop our formerly introduced promising clinical data for dental Rambazole for skin psoriasis.

Only 12 days to be clear, wow
