What I love about asian deserts, especially chinese desserts is that majority of them does not contain any milk. For some reason milk causes my acne and when my dermatologist suggested not to eat anything with milk or drink any milk products i stopped eating anything that contained milk entirely. Since almost EVERY savory deserts and sweets contain milk, i won't eat them at all. Anyways, theres a chinese desert called glutinous rice balls and they don't contain any milk in them and still tastes so good. My questions is does "Glutinous Rice/Glutinous Rice Flour" cause inflammation? I just had a pimple pop up out of no where and its really red because i picked/popped it.

One pimple does not equal inflammation. You could try lactose-free desserts.
