I think that's an ice pick scar? I had a similar one on the side of my nose and tried to do a a self dermabrasion..wouldn't recommend to anyone

I have the exact same thing exactly in the centre of my forehead. Sometimes I squeeze it and something comes out of it. I also have 2 hole 1 in each of my ears very small like the one on my forehead I see similar cases with other people but the ones that I see there holes are on the outside my hole is on the inside just on the top flap of my ears can someone tell me what it is?

It's a macule, goto the dermatologist please to treat this.
