However long you want. Some people use it 10 mins, a half hr, 1+ hours, so on. Whatever works for you!

I use Medicine Mama Apothecary's Ultra Beauty Balm, which contains manuka honey, bee pollen, propolis, beeswax and extra virgin olive oil on all night and I love it. I hear it's similar to Egyptian Magic, but is cheaper and contains organic products. I use it after cleansing & treating with BP though. -__- It calms the irritation and I also like the glow it gives me. Hasn't done much for the acne, but the BP does.

If I used manuka honey out of the jar, I wouldn't leave it on all night, that sounds sticky.

I was using the balm before I started using BP, and I think it helped the inflammation and irritation of my acne, (especially on the terrible, terrible breakout after I tried to self-treat with extra virgin coconut oil - BAD, BAD idea. Definitely a n00b. I'm pretty sure I'm allergic, and I broke out in places I never break out.)
