Under my bottom lip, on my chin there are these little pimples I seem to can't do anything about. To be honest I don't think they are even pimples, just clogged pores. I've got some unclogged but I can never fully unclog them because they are so small.

 

Any advice? Pictures below.

What cleanser do you use? Maybe you need something that exfoliates your skin a bit more. Purechimp super cleanser works well for me.

I use Clean and Clear continuous acne cleanser. But I also have an exfoliating gel face wash from them, I tried to use it but it didn't seem to work.what do you recommend?

I used to have these in the exact same place as you. The only thing that worked for me is Paula's choice BHA. I started off with 1% gel then went up to 2% after a few weeks.

 

It certainly doesn't work overnight but with continued use, after a couple of months you should see a difference.

Paula's Choice seems a little expensive, any other choices?
