US

WE were chosen to suffer the struggle of acne. For most of us, it made us more understanding of other people's problems. It made us less likely to hate others when we don't even know them, their struggle, or why they do what they do.

Yes, it does many great things in the process of the firery hell that rages on our faces.

Corrupt people ($)

But definetely never give up on your cure. Just stay optimistic. Remember, we are also SACRIFICES! There has been at least one "cure" for acne that's been sitting on the shelf for 10 years waiting to be cleared. Many doctors and dermatologists are pushing products that can ruin your body even when a lot of them know it will only make it worse and cause you to cough up more cash.

That's not every doctor and dermatoligist. Many of them actually try to help their patients, and not put them down with rude comments so that they will keep coming back. Just know that there are a lot of corrupt people trying to make money off of you.

How I cleared my cystic acne (in case you give a #@!$)

I'm done forwarding my "agenda." I just want to end this by letting you know that after 7 years of cystic acne, I got kicked out of that prison that my family was holding me in, and I was able to clear my skin by getting tests done and finding out that I have food sensitivities! (and chronic constipation, but that's unrelated)

So, what do you think?

Ignoring the cure and corruption paragraphs (though you can weigh in on that too if you'd like)

P.S.

Also, I'm not trying to say you have to go natural to cure your acne, I'm just letting you know what helped ME. I know we all have different causes and situations.

I'm also not trying to bash medical professionals. I'm just saying if they are ever mean to you, you're not in their best intentions. There really are people out there who just want to make money off of you.

Yeah, basically I got a prick test at an asthma and allergy (clinic?) place. They tested 40 foods on me to see which ones I reacted to. Note that this is different from an allergy and intolerance test. I got an allergy test with no results.

I focused on finding out what was wrong with my body. That's the natural cure route. If you want to do the same, I suggest seeing a naturopath. They are a HUGE help, and usually can get you tested to up to 400 foods if you want. They can also test for gut health and all kinds of other things if food isn't the problem.

i thought of going to a certain lab that can do a food intolerance test to many foods, i will probally do it soon since im hopeless cuz i tried everything else, but im also skeptical.

but u're saying the test u did isnt a food intolerance test, then what exactly is it? please give me some details about the test and the particular cause of your acne that was found in the test, so i can atleast make something of this.

well, a food intolerance, food allergy, and food sensitivity are all different things. An allergy is a more severe reaction to food. Intolerance is just food you can't digest very well. And sensitivity are foods you may have mild to major reactions to for whatever reason.

All 3 can cause acne. I got an allergy test and got no results from it. I suggest you start with a sensitivity prick test. Apparently that test gives some of the best results.

It was mostly a motivational speech encouraging everyone to look at the positive affects it has on people and society/community. All the understanding it can bring into the mix. It's optimism at its best. Those who leave the life of acne behind, can leave with a more positive outlook. And can enjoy things the way the never took the time to. All the things we took for granted-granted back to us.

OR you can just look at it as a senseless "disease" plaguing our faces, and ruining our lives for no other reason than to give money to rich assholes who don't want to release a "cure" or "answer" to this billion dollar industry. It's a billion dollar industry, right?

Yep it is a billion dollar industry because you live in a capitalistic country (I live in Sweden so it's not the same, it's a socialism) but I refuse to believe everyone just wants what is in their own interests... Sometimes things just go wrong, and you should def look for answers on your own, but sometimes doctors can help as well. I saw one naturopath tell a patient that he should take this 'tonic' for cancer and it would go away which is just so irresponsible and dangerous. Trust me I have been scammed more than once by these 'naturopaths' so it is not only 'evil' doctors out there.

It's a jungle out there, and everyone are just trying to do their best. But, now I'm more critical and I ask questions and I try to understand everything and that has at least helped me somewhat to know what sounds like idiocy or an possibility. I don't think doctors really want the harm us, they are just trying to help us the best way they can. Still, you will meet stupid people, and some will be doctors. I have meet a few, but like I said some of them have even been naturopaths.
