The B12 Blunder, How Do I Get B12 Without Breaking Out?

Almost all B12 supplements have 400ug or more, which is a lot more than the RDA. Most of them, (tried methylcobalamin only) seem to break me out.

Cyanocobalamin(heard not good to take) in nature made stress b complex, very less (12ucg) does not break me out. The amount seems very less for someone who was diagnosed deficient.

I do not know if it is the amount or type which is breaking me out.

Please give suggestions of b complex or b12 which you guys take without any issues.

Also heard about Hydroxycobalamin which is expensive, but may be worth it. Any experiences?

An update just in case anyone else faces a similar issue--I have been taking Thorne Research's bio B12 for about 2 weeks now (every other day)and not having any adverse reaction. I researched and found B12 breakouts are usually sign of a zinc deficiency. The Bio B12 has zinc along with B12. so far so good..:)
