Who Else Is Food Cursed?

I live in NJ and can't find one single restaurant that has food I can eat without breaking out. I know I am allergic to soy, vegetable oil, canola oil, but I even break out from fruits and vegetables too. I have overall pretty nice skin, but it seems like I always have at least one huge red mound on my face somewhere. It is super painful and lasts 1-2 weeks. Usually I pop it when it's about to bulge with white goop. I honestly can not figure out what to eat or why this happens to me from consuming normal food. I've been keeping track of what things I can eat and can't. I am 23 and this has been happening to me for about 10 years, but I started the list only a few months ago.

I've only recently ("recently" as in within the past week) started looking into how diet relates to acne so I am very new to this topic, but it seems that that is A HUGE amount of diverse food that give you acne. That would make me suspect that there is something else that is the main cause of your acne rather than all of those foods. Just a thought, not saying your wrong or anything. How exactly are you testing to see if those foods give you problems?

For me, it appears that I am allergic to gluten. I stopped eating food that contained gluten and saw improvement within 2 days. It has now been 5 days of fairly steady improvement. Of course this needs more time to see if it will be a long term solution, but that's the kind of trial-and-error results that I've experienced (I haven't tried reintroducing gluten yet to see what would happen). How do you test your diet?

I posted a similar topic. You see I actually got a food sensitivity test.

Here are my results:

1. is an allergy blood test different from a SENSITIVITY blood test? I think that may be a reason, too.

2. i know i'm sensitive to:

Almonds

Coconut

Filbert/Hazelnut

String Green Beans

Lima Beans

Green English Peas

Peanuts

Soybeans

Celery

Histamine

Buckwheat

Corn

Rice

I'm Barely sensitive to:

Eggs (white and yolk)

Milk

Cinnamon

Garlic

Ginger

Pecan

Pistachio

Walnut, Black Food (wtf? black walnut?)

Green Pepper

Mushroom

White Potato

And I'm Not sensitive to:

Oats

Rye

Whole Wheat

Poppy Seed

Apple

Orange

Peach

Tomato

Brazil Nut

Cashew Nut

Kidney-Pinto Beans

Carrots

Saline

So i eat organic eggs and mix wheat to make some weird bread pancakes with no oil or butter or sugar. I might start adding poppy seeds for flavor.

I DON'T eat out, but I when I do, I eat pancakes without the syrup or butter. Or i got to this place called Mesa and get a spinach and feta cheese pizza slice. I find that one or two pizza slices won't break me out but if i keep eating them I will start to break out at like 4 or 5.

Soy is a HUGE trigger for me.

I feel ya though! It's been so hard. Just yesterday I had my frst moment of weakness in over 2 months. I cashed out on a bunch of cookies and a breakfeast burrito.

But I'm back on track, now. You gotta good list if that's accurate. you're lucky to be able to eat that much food. I'm a veggetarian, which is cool, but I also have food swnsitivties... I'm still happy to be a veggetarian though. If i get rid of my food sensitivities, I can get back to eating all kind of good stuff. All kindz!

P.S.

I'm planning to get tested for 300 foods so i can know what more I can eat! Worth the money if it'll clear me up.
