How I Cured My Acne!

Hi, I just want to point out that i've been experimenting for many years with different skin regimens and the science behind the mechanism of acne growth. I wanted to find the real causation of my moderate to severe acne. I've concluded that all that is needed for my case of acne is exercise and diet. Now everyone is different and may not work for you. So i'll be quick and post my regimen. I must admit it's not cheap, but my happiness and confidence matters so much to me after years of apalling skin.

MY Diet and Supplement REGIMEN:

1) My overall diet consist of eating numerous organic foods like fruits and veggies. I implore you to minimize your procesed foods as they contain preservatives, pesticides, GMOs, and other harmful chemicals. In our society it's impossible to completely ignore processed foods but minimizing it is very benificial not only for your skin but also your overall health!

2) First thing in the morning I make 3 glasses of ORGANIC White tea leaves for the whole day. Don't buy tea bags or Teavana they contain pesticides and GMOs. White tea has the highest antioxidents of all BREWED tea. More than green tea, oolong, and black tea.

3) I also eat 2 lemons a day. Detoxifies your body of toxins and has a alkalizing effect on your body even though it's an acid (acid-base buffer system).

4) 1-2 Teaspoon of Cod liver oil. Contains Omega 3, vitamin A, and Vitamin D3. Good anti-inflammitory action and good for overall health.

5) My ABSOLUTE favorite secret weapon is Matcha Powder. It's basically like green tea or white tea but 10,000X better literally. Matcha powder is actually the ENTIRE leaf that makes white tea, green, oolong, black ,ect. So you're getting all the health benifits and antioxidents. I HIGHLY recommend you to try it out, it's not only good for skin but it's amazing for your health. Make sure you get one that is USDA Organic or Certified by a European regulatory body.

6) Astaxanthin supplements. Very potent antioxident and has been shown to be "natures sunscreen". Astaxanthin has the ability to mask some of the UV rays of the sun. Don't subsitute this for suncreen! Again make sure the Astaxanthin is from natural sources!

7) Muscadine Grape seeds. My mother is a doctor and she recently recommended me to take muscadine grape seed supplements for its antioxident properties and anti-cancer potentials. Again this is also a very strong natural antioxident.

8) Drink 0.5 to 1 gallon of water a day. Very important! water flushes out all harmful toxins out of your body.

9) Exercise 30 to 40 minutes a day. Good for your overall health, increases blood flow, and washes out toxins.

Skin Care regimen:

1) Cleanser: Kojiic acid soap. This is an effective anti-bacterial soap and is excellent to lighten your skin tone of disclorations from acne or sunspots. IMPORTANT: leave it on only for 1 to 2 minutes or it will burn your skin!

2) Eltamd Broad spectrum sunscreen. This is an amazing sunscreen, best selling sunscreen in Amazon. It's paraben free and doesn't contain toxic chemicals other sunscreens have.

3) Toner: Thayers Alcohol-free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera. Has organic ingredients and is alcohol free!

4) Moisterizing oil: Silkia Camellia oil. This is a very good moisterizer and is effective for Post-inflammitory pigmentation and some minor scarring.

5) Exfoliator: St. Ives apricot scrub.

Sorry for my english and grammar, english isn't my native language. Again I would like to point out that this may or may not work for you as we all have different skin. And a regimen like this is also very expensive so I recommend to atleast add some parts of my regimen. It doesn't hurt to try this regimen because it's also VERY HEALTHY for your overall health. So if your acne isn't cured atleast it wont be for a total waste! =D

Oh and one last thing, remember skin renews itself every 6 to 8 weeks or about 1.5 to 2 months. So you won't see any noticeable improvements on your skin right away. It will take 2 months to see visible improvements. You must me dedicated and make it a habit to include every aspect of this regimen EVERY day to see consistent results. GOODLUCK EVERYONE!
