So, I'm 19 years old and as you can see, I have acne. Also there is bacne problem.

Anyway, few months ago, I started with BP treatment and that didn't show much results. So now, I will try some alternatives like lemon juice, garlic, honey etc.

My forehead is clear, that face part near the ears is also clear. Ofcourse, there can be pimple or two in that area, but not much.

I have most of them in cheeks and chin area but they aren't big ones. There are few big ones, but most of them are small ones and red scars.

How bad is it? Moderate?

And yes, sorry for my bad English.

I would classify it as mild/moderate, easily treatable with the right products. I would see a dermatologist if you can rather than experimenting with alternative remedies as it has the potential to get worse if its not being properly treated. I haven't tried the regimen advertised on this site so I can't say that it works based on my experience but it might work for you if you can't see a doctor. I know you mentioned trying BP already but the regimen has a method of washing and applying BP that may make it more effective in treating your acne.
