Hey guys, I just started the regimen a week ago and no improvements yet. But maybe it is because i sweat during the day around 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Sweat is not avoidable because I am currently playing for the ranked #3 basketball team in my province .
Can anyone help me with this problem? What should I do if I play intense sports during the day and makes me sweat. Quitting is not an option by the way.

Hang in there. It isn't uncommon to not see much progress at this early stage. When used as directed, most people are clearing up nicely by the third month.
