Just want to make sure i have this 100% correct before I do it; I understand that on the first week of the regimen I use BP only once per day

I still cleanse & moisturize twice though right, AM and PM?

Also, not sure if others have experienced this today, I ordered the 16oz bottles and received it today; the pump nozzles on the cleanser and BP don't work (the contents seem to come out from the base, the top of the part that screws in. Not a big deal because I can just wipe it off with my finger, but it is a bit of a hassle.

I just started my second week, like today is my second week and I will apply one pump of BP twice a day now.

But to answer your question, i started with once a day and twice cleanse and mosturize in my first week. Just follow instructions that came with it =)
