Clindamycin worked well for me initially so i believe begining user will have success; i built a tolerance quickly and accidently ask for it in a pharmacy in central america but ended up with 4% erthromycin gel which i never got a tolerance of. I spread the gel like a solution all over most of my face and it will shrink and knock out any larger blind pimple in 8-48hrs. So do try the clindamycin -spread wherever those type pimples 🙂 Don't bother with 2% erthromycin if you ever want alternative- not strong enough personally more like water 🙂 Best Regards
