Anyone Tried Massaging Away Depressed Scars Or Scarred Pores?

If you massage pretty vigorously around 5 times a week for 20 minutes+ you should see a HUGE improvement. Make sure you test the oil on your skin before you use it. I tried olive oil and jojoba oil and they both broke me out. Sunflower oil and Hemp seed oil are less likely to cause any clogging.

Massaging just makes sense. I've researched it quite a bit and everyone who uses good technique massaging gets great results. If you massage hard enough it breaks down scar tissue and evens out the skin. Just proceed with caution and dont jump into it right away like I did.

So definitely do it. Its cheap, good for skin in multiple ways, and will definitely decrease appearance of a lot of scarring. Eventually they will be near completely gone. I'm just starting massaging now after researching a lot. Good luck!
