Ok, so about 3.5 weeks ago, I had a pimple on my chin, I popped it with tweezers this really irritated the skin, so my skin would scab even where there was no pimple. Anyways, whenever my skin would start to scab i would peel it off, this left a huge brown mark that has shown barely any improvement since 3.5 weeks ago, how long would it take till its completely gone, and how long will it take till its shows noticeable improvement?

i can barely see those spots at all and a good concealer would cover those right up. its nothing to worry about but it could take months for the mark to go away. you can do ipl to get rid of the spot a lot quicker but it will cost you at least $125 or more for a spot treatment (they zap between 10-15 spots)
