Hun, accutane should clear you up in spite of stress but it will affect how quickly that happens and it can affect how long you stay in remission. Stress messes with hormones which affect skin.

its just crazy because im breaking out right now in places i dont usually like my forehead i feel huge underground lumps...even on my chin....its scaring me

Totally normal. I got cysts on accutane in areas that were never an issue. The key is to keep it in perspective. Everything has to come up to go away.
